
Terms and Conditions
1. All our leather collection (clothing and shoes) are made to customer's specification therefore it is important to provide correct and detailed body size as per our standard guidelines. Curvento does not accept exchange/refund requests if the customer has provided incorrect size. However, we will assist with alteration or replacement at customer's expense.
2. Tailored items (clothing and shoes) will only be exchanged or refunded if there is a problem with the workmanship. Faulty Items must be returned in their original condition with tags and labels.
3. Jacket/Pants that has been customised (change in pattern and colour) at customer’s request will not qualify for refund or exchange as such items can not be re-sold.
4. Our shoe collection is only produced in men style.
5. Refund/exchange requests made due to issues with size will only be entertained if a wrong size was sent to you. In case, a customer had provided wrong measurements, then such requests will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
6. We will pay for return shipping only if faulty or wrong sizes item was sent to you. In all other cases, the buyer will pay for return shipping.
7. Any customs and taxes applicable in the receiving country are buyer’s responsibility.
8. Any import or custom duties, where payable, are to be paid by the customer except for customers in New Zealand, Australia, UK and the USA.
